Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, join our email list or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order history. Payment details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we automatically receive certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view and the links you click, and the site that referred you. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).

How we use your information

• To process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and tracking updates, and handle returns and exchanges.
• To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
• To send marketing emails about new drops and restocks — only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe with one click at any time.
• To keep our website secure, prevent fraud, and screen orders for potential risk.
• To understand how our store is used so we can improve it.
• To comply with our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only to the extent they need it:

• Payment processors to take payment securely and protect against fraud.
• Shipping carriers to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
• Hosting and e-commerce platforms (WordPress.com and WooCommerce) that power the website.
• Email service providers to send transactional and, with your consent, marketing emails.
• Analytics providers that help us understand site traffic and website interactions, including Microsoft Clarity as described below.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.

Cookies

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use essential cookies to keep your basket and login working, and, where you allow it, analytics and marketing cookies to measure and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may mean parts of the site (such as checkout) do not work.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our store through interaction metrics, heatmaps and session replay. This helps us identify navigation problems and improve the shopping experience. Microsoft processes website usage data for this service, including page visits, clicks, scrolling and device and browser information.

Our Clarity project is configured with cookies turned off and balanced masking, with public product areas made visible in recordings. Product photos, names, prices and other public product details may be captured. Input fields remain masked. Cookieless usage measurement may still occur.

How long we keep your data

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

International transfers

We ship worldwide and some of our service providers operate outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally we take steps to make sure it is protected to a standard consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email help@nubokicks.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Our website uses HTTPS to encrypt information sent between your browser and the site. While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make significant changes we will let you know by email or with a notice on the website.
