Free standard United States shipping

We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Standard United States shipping is free on every order — no minimum spend, no surprise fees at checkout. The price you see in your bag is the price you pay.

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email us and we will let you know as soon as that changes.

Order dispatch

We will email you a dispatch confirmation and tracking link when your order ships.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or dispatch is delayed, we will email you with an updated timeline or the option to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping times

We offer 2–3 day US shipping (business days) on every order. Shipping times begin after dispatch and are carrier estimates; weather or carrier disruptions can cause delays. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before you place your order. We are unable to change the address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; in some cases a reshipping fee may apply.

Taxes and fees

There are no extra fees on your order. Because we ship within the United States there are no customs or import charges, and nothing is added at checkout or collected on delivery. The price shown on the product page is the full price you pay.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

Every order is insured until it reaches you. If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please keep the packaging and take photos of any damage to help us resolve your claim quickly with the carrier.

Pre-orders and split shipments

If your order contains a pre-order item, the whole order will ship once the pre-order item is available unless we have said otherwise on the product page. If part of your order is delayed we may ship the available items first at no extra cost.
